Well, GE and Umicore have announced they’ve signed a Technology License agreement to commercialize a hydrocarbon selective lean NOx catalyst (HC-LNC) aftertreatment designed to control diesel NOx emissions that doesn’t use urea. Biodiesel Secures Forum for Railroad Use at SAE April

NBB secured a forum at the Society of Automotive Engineers World Congress on April 14 in Detroit, Michigan. This forum will be dedicated to the discussion of biodiesel in railroads and serve as an attempt to gather many interested parties, to provide relevant information and data, to discuss the issues, and to capture a list of significant concerns to be addressed by appropriate groups in the near future.
